India International Science Festival (IISF) is one of the largest science festivals in the world. It is an annual festival to celebrate the achievements of India’s scientific and technological advancements with students, innovators, craftsmen, women, farmers, scientists and technocrats from India and abroad. The main purpose of IISF is the celebration of science by all. It is jointly organised by the Ministry of Science & Technology, Ministry of Earth Sciences and Vijnana Bharati (VIBHA).

IISF is a multiday multievent vibrant celebration of science which makes science accessible, interactive and fun. The activities and programmes include discussions, debates, technology exhibitions, plays, interactive explorations and musical performances, each highlighting the impact of science on our daily lives.

IISF shares the commitment towards the fundamental duty of developing scientific temperament, reason and logic among children and people at large and contributing towards making India a centre for scientific learning as envisioned by the Hon'ble Prime Minister.
